Clipper Cut

Clipper Cut: Trending Mens Haircut

A clipper cut is a haircut which is done with a couple of hair clippers. Hair clippers are sharply different from other hair cutting methods like scissors. They work with two sets of small sharpened blades that mirror little comb teeth that oscillate between each other, cutting hair swiftly and efficiently.

The clipper cut includes replacing conventional hairdressing scissors with an electric razor, commonly used for shaving heads or fading into blunt hairdos cropped close to the skin.

Clipper-cut bobs are usually perfect with that sharp edge, which any normal scissors or a razor fail to wear.

Types of Clippers Commonly Used by IGOR M SALON’s professionals

There are three standard types of clippers that our highly trained professionals use, which are-

Detachable Blade Clipper

The Detachable Blade Clipper is perfect for removing large amounts of hair or taking off length or changing your style. You can ask for a traditional clipper with the clipper over comb technique directly on the skin. Varying number of blades are used by us, from the 3 ¾ blade, which will create the most extended cut to the 0 number blade, which will create a very close, military-style fade.

Adjustable Clipper

The adjustable clipper doesn’t work by switching out blades, but our professionals change the blade length to blend the different lengths of the cut seamlessly. The blade adjusts from 3/8 of an inch to 1/16 of an inch, allowing much versatility in the cuts that our stylists create with the clippers.

T-Trimmer Clipper

The t-trimmer is excellent for finishing cuts. It’s called the t-trimmer because the corners of the blade are shaped like a T. It’s best used to shave around ears, the nape of the neck, or for the beard or neck area. The t-trimmer doesn’t have different lengths of blades, but it does have a stationary blade and a mobile blade.
